Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SportTrack mobile application (package com.sporttrack.app, hereinafter "the App"), operated by AppCreativ (hereinafter "we" or "us"). By installing, registering or using the App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service description

SportTrack is an informational mobile application that aggregates football data obtained from commercially licensed providers (API-Football and TheSportsDB Premium). The App displays results, schedules, statistics, lineups, sports news and predictions generated by proprietary algorithms.

SportTrack is not officially affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, any confederation, federation, league, club or player. The names of competitions, teams and players are used exclusively for informational purposes.

2. User account

• To access some features you must create an account with a valid email.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity performed with your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and 18, you need consent from a parent or guardian.
• You may not register multiple accounts or use false identities.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

3. SportTrack Premium subscription

3.1 What Premium includes

The Premium subscription grants:

• Access to AI-generated match predictions before the end of the match.
• Ad-free experience (banners and videos).
• Priority notifications for your favorite teams.
• Priority email support.

Important: Premium does NOT grant access to exclusive sports content. All match information, statistics, lineups, news and other informational content is available free of charge to any user.

3.2 Pricing and plans

• Monthly plan: USD 4.99 / month
• Annual plan: USD 39.99 / year (approximately 33% savings)

Prices may vary by country or local currency; the applicable price is always shown within the App before confirming purchase.

3.3 Automatic renewal

Subscriptions are auto-renewing. They will be charged at the end of each period to the payment method associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3.4 Cancellation

You can cancel renewal at any time:

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SportTrack → Cancel subscription.
• Android: Google Play → menu → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → SportTrack → Cancel.

You will retain Premium access until the end of the period already paid for.

3.5 Refunds

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store and Google Play. Refunds are subject to each store's policies:

We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to one, you must request it from the corresponding store.

3.6 Free trial

If a free trial is offered, it is automatically applied upon starting the subscription. Billing begins at the end of the trial period if you do not cancel beforehand.

4. Acceptable use

By using the App, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access third-party systems, servers or accounts without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated systems to extract bulk data.
• Distribute, sell or sublicense access to the App or your Premium account.
• Impersonate other users or falsify information in your profile.
• Interfere with normal operation of the App or its infrastructure.

Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account without refund.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 SportTrack content

The App, its code, design, brand, logos, AI-generated predictions and any original content created by us are property of AppCreativ and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Third-party data

Sports data (results, schedules, statistics, lineups, etc.) comes from commercially licensed providers. SportTrack acts as an informational aggregator based on publicly available data. We do not claim ownership of such data.

5.3 Third-party trademarks

The names of teams, leagues, competitions and players mentioned in the App are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use in SportTrack is for informational purposes only and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by such owners.

5.4 License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App on personal devices with your account. This license terminates automatically upon removing the App or your account.

6. Third-party content and external links

The App may display links, embedded videos or references to third-party websites (for example, YouTube videos from official channels). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of use of such third parties. When you access external content, the terms of the corresponding provider apply.

7. Advertising

Users of the free plan see ads provided by Google AdMob. These ads are selected by Google according to its algorithms. We do not endorse the products or services advertised.

8. Limitation of liability

SportTrack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. In particular:

• We do not guarantee that sports data is accurate, complete or updated in real time.
• We do not guarantee that AI predictions match the actual outcome of matches.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
• We are not responsible for decisions (betting, predictions, financial or otherwise) made based on information displayed in the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppCreativ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Betting and responsible gaming

SportTrack is not a betting platform. AI predictions and statistics are purely informational. If you choose to bet on third-party platforms, you do so at your sole responsibility. We always recommend playing responsibly and being aware of the gambling laws of your jurisdiction.

10. Privacy and personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are substantial, we will notify you in the App, by email or by push notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after the new Terms take effect implies acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by removing the App and your account from Settings → Account → Delete account.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute related to the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of Denton County, Texas.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
